Loved everyone who worked there & charming old property

The staff were 10/10! Position - easy walk from town and train station, making it a great commute to London by train. Restaurant on premises and food is again 10/10!

Not a thing.

Nice spacious room. Friendly staff, led by example by the owners Patrick and Mairead. Quiet location, but close enough to the Richmond town centre. Very convenient spot to walk to Richmond Park.

Air conditioning would have been nice, but we knew that it wouldn't be there. The fan was really helpful in a rare London heatwave.

The host was an engaging character all the staff we met were good people the cooked breakfast was very good excellent location for Richmond,Kew and good transport links for central London.

In my opinion the room could do with a refresher and the bed wasn’t the comfiest. In saying that I would stay again.

The owners and staff were wonderful.

Hyggelig pub og kro med meget behageligt personale - man følte sig velkommen. Fik tidlig check in og fik hjælp til at bestille taxa. Dejlig morgenmad, hyggelige og rene værelser i engelsk landstil, god beliggenhed i flot del af byen tæt på forretninger og Richmond station. Nemt at komme dertil fra LHR og tæt på LON og alligevel på landet, boede der ifm Chelsea flower show og ville helt sikkert bo der igen.

Mysigt brittiskt hotell, men ack wå slitet

Hela hotellet skulle behöva renoveras. Mycket som är trasigt eller mycke slitet

Staff are brilliant, really helpful and friendly. Hospitality during breakfast was spot on. Had a good chat over breakfast. Breakfast was delicious (and I have some allergies) - two hash browns and plenty of coffee. Lovely spot, good character. Has the feel of an old school Irish pub in London. Would definitely recommend. Air conditioning was put in the room as was 30 degrees.

Nothing. It was great.

We had a nice airy and bright room as the sun was out. There was car parking and Pat allowed us an early check in which made our trip much easier. Staff were very friendly. The bus stop we needed was less than 10 minutes away. Breakfast was delicious, 11 am check out meant we could take it easy in the morning. Beds were comfortable. Couldn't fault the place.
