"Lovely staff, great location, decent rooms"

Perfectly located, nice pub downstairs, and friendly staff. The full English breakfast was wonderful and the owners were very nice.

The beds were not comfortable (you hit the bottom of the bed when you laid down) and it was two twins when I expected a single bed. It was fine for one night.

The bed was very comfortable. The staff were super nice. Food is good and beer is great! Richmond is a great location for visiting Kew gardens and Ham house and other sites and a 10 minute walk from Richmond station.

The bathroom is very tiny but manageable. There is no lift which could be a problem for some with heavy luggage.

We have stayed here several times. It is a great and more homely alternative to staying in a hotel and excellent value for money. Really good breakfast and helpful host. In a quiet location just a few minutes from Richmond centre. A real pub experience.
