Clean, historic, comfortable and welcoming. Great location, near train station and nice neighborhood. Everything was within walking distance and felt safe.

Parking is a little challenging but having said that I got a space on a single yellow line which worked for me. .

Breakfast superb, fiull English or variations thereof - perfectly cooked. Main host was Pat, and I assume his missus and family. Pat is highly entertaining but at the same time very professional. The bar itself is good, with decent real ales and also very good evening meal service. Location could not be better, about 7 minute walk to the town centre and 10 to the station. The room has everything you would need with a tea/coffee option and a nice touch of a couple of biscuits. We were pleasantly surprsied to find the rooms are cleaned nightly. Other guests also very friendly at breakfast time, which gives the place a very homely feel. Overall very good vfm, excellent hosts (from Limerick), and will definitely go back.

Dodgy toilet (felt like it would collapse), but tbf, we did not ask anyone to look at it, so this is more for Pat's benefit.

Staff were very friendly, accommodating and polite. They were attentive and the pub / hotel was in close proximity to Allianz stadium.
