The Queen's Head

Lovely country pub with great atmosphere. Stayed upstairs in a self contained apartment which was beautifully furnished. Very spacious. Food was there for a lovely breakfast. Had evening meal in the pub, which was delicious.

Everything was fabulous! The room and the pub have great character, it's in a lovely spot and the staff were welcoming. Delicious breakfast and ginger cake too

Beautiful area, great country pub with home cooked great food. Stayed 2 nights and had a very enjoyable break

Absolutely gorgeous, traditional pub

Unique apartment in a marvellous setting which enhanced our weekend break. Wonderful experience from the mounted boar’s head in bedroom fireplace to the porthole mirrors in bathroom. Food was great too in the lovely country pub

Nothing to dislike

We normally have a traditional breakfast,but found that the way Juliet did hers was pretty good,fantastic bread,we did not have to rush around to get ready etc etc,The accomodation,brilliant,the whole thing just a joy,if one is into running or walking this is the place for you.
