it was cosy and the staff were lovely. Breakfast was fabulous and a good choice. Beer was good, plenty of parking. Rooms were lovely

Went with the girlfriend and after a few beers likes a glass of wine. Hardys!! I would have scored a 10 if decent wine. Same wine on sale at the Londis 100 yards up the road.

Great food and even better ales! Comfy beds.

The food was really good. I liked all the different beers, was great trying all of them. The room was lovely and bed was so comfortable.

The staff were brilliant, and the food was the best overall in price and quality. I will be coming to this hotel every time I visit the lakes for work. Make sure you try the sticky toffee pudding!

Lovely and clean. Comfy room and very warm and cosy. Excellent shower with unlimited hot water. Had dinner in bar. Typical pub food but arrived hot and adequate size portion . Breakfast was included, freshly cooked and good choice

Breakfast didn't offer fruit otmr yoghurt only cereals.
