Actual physical bedroom fixtures and fittings was acceptable. However,...

Kettle was balanced precariously on edge of table with its cable stretched to floor where it attached to a further extension, i.e. not into a wall socket. Rattling fan in bathroom. There lacked a window in the room to see out of. Chairs were bulky, settee was super slack. Chest of drawers was most awkward to open and close. Arrival was odd. We booked in at one door then had to exit the building and walk round to another entrance and be instructed how to open and use it. No lobby where one might sit and have a drink, as no alcohol served without a meal. Previous reviews gave a mixed view of meals served, so we avoided this. It stated in room (but not on website...?) that no food or drink were to be brought into the room or consumed there. This is draconian for somewhere calling itself an Inn! It may even be against the law on hotels and Inns. Staff were non existent except at arrival and departure. We saw very few customers in the restaurant. I do not recommend this place. Hotels and inns require informal human contact with staff. Only person we saw over 4 days was a cleaner.

Lovely welcome, nice spacious room. Fab location for Norwich with parking.

The stuff were absolutely brilliant very polite and very attentive too couldn’t of had a better stay in Norwich, will most definitely be staying there again and there breakfast was absolutely delicious lovely hotel

Only thing I will say and it might be down to preference the bed was a little hard but that is all everything else spot on

Nice feel to the place. Family. Not corporate.
