Staff area very friendly

Car park is a little tight but manageable

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were very good, and freshly cooked. It was during a cold snap and the heating was very good. The water in the bathroom was very hot.

The shower cubicle needed some attention. It had no handrails. It was also rather small, and no shelves for toiletries.

Clean and spacious room. Staff very friendly and accomodating. The food was really tasty. The location was very conveniant and easy walk to Norwich city centre.

Great breakfast, friendly staff, free car park, location good and having an Italian restaurant on site even better

Our room did not have a window and I was unable to switch off the bathroom timer extractor fan which was noisy throughout the night and had a mind of its own in the morning.

The room was spacious and the bed comfortable

The heating was not on until we asked for it, the TV remote didn't work, there was no comfortable chair, nowhere to put towels, and the breakfast offered very limited choice - very unimpressive.
