Great central location. Nice quality breakfast.

Bathroom facilities in need of updating/replacing. Toilet stopped working twice during 2 day stop.

The Room was good with a lot of space in room 3. Breakfast was good but cooked with a lot of Fat Only offered 1 sausage 1 bacon and 1 egg but was allowed to add more if requested.

When we arrived it was very cold inside it was 10-11 degrees outside and about the same possibly a little higher by 1-2 degrees inside and there was no heating on at all we just thought that the heating would come on later in the evening. When I came back from out night out it was still really cold and I could see the Thermostat in the hallway it was on 0. I had to put it up myself and the radiators came on. By the time we got up and went down for breakfast the thermostat had been turned down again to 0 and the radiators had gone off. Also the Mattress in room 3 was very hard which made it hard to sleep. Will not be staying again.

It was perfectly fine for the purpose of my stay — the free off road parking for my motorbike was great.

Excellent location, safe and secure parking.We ate in the attatched restaurant the first evening which again was 1st class.

It ran like clockwork - there was absolutely nothing to dislike.
