GBExcellent home cooked food, I had the beef pie which had short crust pastry & lovely gravy. Highly recommend the full English breakfast- you will not get better. The room was spotless and had everything you need for a comfortable stay.
GBGBGBGorgeous location in lovely little village and very comfortable accommodation. Friendly and accommodating staff. The Sunday lunch was very good and cask beers were on tap.
Because the pub is closed on Mondays there is no cooked breakfast available on Monday morning. Although there was a substantial continental breakfast instead a cooked breakfast would have kept us going on our onward journey.

GBThis was a mid point stop on our way to Cornwall and very pleased to have discovered the Butterleigh Inn. The self booking in system was straightforward. We had dinner in the restaurant and was more than happy with the food. The staff were very helpful and a speacial mention for Masie who was very helpful and friendly.
The room was small but more than enough for our one night stay. It could do with a bit of a 'deeper' clean, but nothing major.

.we were unable to all have a shower either in the morning or at night. The water pressure would reduce down to a trickle. When we told the hosts we were told that it’s an old water system and we should shower when the pub isn’t using a lot of water. But we never found the right time as it happened every time. I think you should look into updating the water system if you are selling rooms for families to stay in.
