GBLovely location. Family room was a good size
.we were unable to all have a shower either in the morning or at night. The water pressure would reduce down to a trickle. When we told the hosts we were told that it’s an old water system and we should shower when the pub isn’t using a lot of water. But we never found the right time as it happened every time. I think you should look into updating the water system if you are selling rooms for families to stay in.
GBGBI was informed the day before my arrival that there had been a double booking for the first night. I felt that I had been pretty helpful in resolving the situation by arranging to stay with my sister on the night in question. Unfortunately despite contacting yourselves and the Butterleigh nobody seems remotely interested in giving me the £70 refund that I am due.
