Convenient location in Winchester with friendly staff. Clean & comfy bedroom/bathroom. Nice to be able to check out at 11am.

Breakfast was good (orange juice was excellent!) but croissants/bread selection could have been better (e.g fresh bread). It may also be nice to offer filter/cafetière coffee. Little bit noisy being by the main road but we slept ok!

Perfect location, very close to the centre. The room is clean and comfortable.

The environment is not quiet. Cars passed by, which made noise.

We loved our one night stay in the Black Hole. It was really quirky and we loved the theme!! The facilities were lovely, great location and the nearest car park was only 5 mins away. Breakfast was everything we could want with the whole range from continental to cooked. Good quality. Particularly loved the freshly squeezed orange juice. Also we loved that we could pop downstairs to the dining area any time to help ourselves to tea/coffee etc.. The staff were warm, friendly and very helpful.

Great location for the centre of Winchester. Easy check in, friendly staff, clean room and great relaxed breakfast. We loved the history, particularly the old cell doors.
