Breakfast was lovely.....excellent quality....location was great....lovely walk along the river into town ....staff very attentive and friendly very quirky friendly pub next door called the black boy, rooms are of high standard and very clean, the help yourself coffee machine was a hit

Some bubble bath provided would have been nice

Friendly welcome & staff in general Bed was comfortable Room was clean Good shower Great to have fresh orange at breakfast Nice to have access to drinks at all times

Rooms were compact & got quite warm There was a fan but nowhere to situate it due to room layout Girl got our breakfast order wrong & seemed to lack a bit of care. We could hear a lot of laughing in the kitchen which is fine but it seemed to impact on the quality a bit.

A little noisy close to busy road into Winchester

Lighting in the corridor could be better hard to find your keyhole at night . Didn't like the sausage at breakfast.

Easy to get to, close to Chesil carpark, excellent location with just a short stroll to the city centre. Lovely walk by the river very close. Toiletries provided, lovely fluffy towels and good breakfast. Helpful and friendly staff.

Noisy at night with traffic and the bin lorry reversing at 5.30am! For those with mobility issues there are no lifts, so you need to be able to climb stairs.
