The hotel staff were very helpful and attentive. The hotel, although on a busy road was quiet but not a problem. It was like your typical local pub which made everyone welcome, with a homely feel. We shall definitely visit again if we are in Walsall.

There was a problem with the heating but we were given a small heater to use in the room.

Quirky charm, brilliant staff, accommodating, accessible and kind🩷 Staff are so personable, caring and supportive. Given a choice of rooms, Tracey liked after my service dog so l could eat in the dining room. Great entertainment, Karaoke ,bar snacks etc
