Did not have breakfast. Clean room with fresh linen and towels. Tea and coffee provided.

It was a warm night, no a/c so I had the window open... street was sometimes noisy

Friendly staff. Very handy for train station. Attended gig at AO Arena and handy for that too. They may Northern Soul music, my favourite.

Clean room, central location

Room was compact and basic, no fan , extremely hot weather ! Delighted to see we had a balcony , we were assured was safe to leave the doors open 😊 ..... Returned from a show at 11pm , extremely hot weather 🥵 .... The pub beneath was closed , so was looking forward to a quiet, relaxing sleep, cooled by having the doors open ... Unfortunately the adjoining building had alternative plans, loud noise until 2am !! And directly opposite the doors was a very noisy generator ! So had no option than to close the doors and melt 🫠! .. no sleep at all ! At 4.00am there was loud cleaning taking place ( I assume the adjoining building) we packed up and left !! Whilst I appreciate they cannot be accountable for the actions/noise of others , I assume this was not a one off , noisy generator and unnaccaptable anti social noise. ... A fan in the room would of helped massively, and being pre-warned of noise would helped me to decide if the accommodation was suitable for me. I payed and booked a room to enable me to sleep before travel ..... Very tired and disappointed customer

We stayed in room 4 with balcony. Easy check in, Sarah the manager was lovely took us up to the room and told us all we needed to know.. Room small but perfect for me and my friend for an overnight stay. Little balcony was nice and as it was hot just left it open a bit to cool room a bit. Bed comfortable, nice little en-suite bathroom , shower gel/shampoo etc all there and towels, really enjoyed our stay. Great location, great hotel and pub would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again.

Only thing I would suggest is maybe a fan in the room would be a good addition for hot evenings
