Локация - центр города, все рядом, до вокзала Манчестер Виктория пять минут не спеша. Персонал очень дружелюбный: я приехал очень поздно, но меня дождались , разместили, все рассказали и показали.

Couldn't fault the place. Location is great, staff were friendly on arrival and room was clean/comfortable.

The location is great and the room was clean and tidy. The bed and pillows were very comfy.

The radiators in the room had been on prior to check in, however, these started going cold later on in the day. In the evening I advised the staff of this and they assured me they would fix it, the room was freezing and drafty! When we arrived back late into the night the radiators were still cold and the room was still freezing, these had not been fixed! And being a pub there was nobody there we could report this to again, neither was there on checking out.

Non c'è la possibilità di lasciare le valige ne prima del check-in ne dopo il check out. Ho dovuto pagare 15€ di Locker esterno. Con questi soldi avrei preso un hotel

Location is fantastic. Double room was lovely and spacious. Bed was very comfortable. Staff were great. Big shout out to their staff who clean the rooms. We stayed three nights and each morning, although we weren’t leaving that day, always asked if we needed anything. They were great and very friendly.
