Lovely location, welcoming staff

I loved it

Loved the quiet location and short drive to Glastonbury town. The Sheppey is a friendly place with a warm welcome. Overall the rooms are comfortable (stayed in 2 of the 3 now), the staff are great, as is the food. Bedroom is stocked with muesli, milk, yogurt, fruit juice and water daily - along with tea and coffee. We really enjoyed our stay (again).

It is difficult to say anything really. We have stayed before, eat there whenever we stay in Glastonbury, says it all I guess.

Quite quirky establishment, well worth a visit. Friendly owner & staff, excellent food, comfortable & clean.

Would have liked to have a cooked breakfast in the dining area rather than the supplied Cereals/Fruit/Yoghurt for breakfast in the room.

Ben welcomed us to the establishment and showed us the facilities. Mattress was great. Fresh fruit in the rooms was a nice touch.

Parking was very limited and tight. Common areas needed a good spring clean. Music from bar was loud on the first night.

It was lovely, really enjoyed our stay.

I loved this place. From the eclectic ornaments, to the comfort and peaceful sleep I had…I couldn’t fault staying here. The accomodation is rural, so you can guarantee a peaceful night’s sleep. My room had everything I needed, with even some room to spare. Fresh berries were provided each day with other continental breakfast foods(if that’s what you’re into). The restaurant downstairs has a great menu, with food that is cooked and prepared with fresh local produce. I ate here for each of the 3 nights I stayed here The food was exceptional.

Due to this property being out of town, I would recommend only staying here if you have a car. Fortunately for me I was able to catch a lift from one of the employers on one of my days.
