Number 31 Boutique Townhouse

Good location and nice staff. The room was clean.

This was the smallest room I’ve ever stayed in. There was barely enough space to open our suitcase. It’s a fine stay for one night but it can easily become a bit claustrophobic. There was also a big window to the street right above our head. It wasn’t too noisy though but not the best placement.

Bed was comfortable.

I would not suggest room 5. It was positioned (kindly) as an upgrade. However it faced the street and was really noisy. Particularly with the windows opened. The room wasn’t that much bigger space wise as it had another bed we didn’t need using up the space

Location, bed was comfy and it was clean.

Very small room but that was noted on the booking site. Walls thin and noise from other rooms very noticeable. We were there on a weekend so pub music was loud but that is difficult control.

Stairs are pretty steep

Complicated parking and check in procedures which are both separate from the accommodation itself
