Number 31 Boutique Townhouse

We had a lot of luggage and the room is very small. This was a last-minute booking for a mistake I made in scheduling. So we were so grateful to have it. Also Raj gave us a larger room for next night at their other property overall very good experience

it’s a tight space but we were able to make it work for a day or so. It is super convenient, very boutique with an espresso machine, and exactly as advertised. So this is a minor complaint or just a heads up for travels with lots of luggage or limited mobility

Perfect location, off Eyre Square and super close to Train Station. Absolutely spotless

Our room accommodated 4 people which is great however, it was a double bed (super comfy) and pull out sofa bed (already made up). I think even a small double bed in replacement of sofa bed would have much better and more comfortable… besides that, excellent accommodation

La stanza e il bagno soni molto carini. C’è la macchinetta del caffè e acqua gratuita. Il letto è molto comodo. La doccia ha un flusso potente. La struttura ha in dotazione un parcheggio adiacente e ti permettono di tenere l’auto anche dopo io check-out per qualche ora.

Le finestre non si potevano aprire e per un’ambiente così piccolo non poter arieggiare non è l’ideale. Il giorno dopo al check out ci è stato detto che potevano essere aperte ma con uno stratagemma specifico che non era spiegato nel book di accoglienza della stanza; abbiamo suggerito di inserirlo. La porta di ingresso all’edificio si apre con chiave magnetica ed è automatizzato. Purtroppo era difettoso. Abbiamo avuto problemi ad aprire di notte al nostro rientro dalla cena e abbiamo dovuto chiamare il portiere notturno che ha provato ad aiutarci ma la porta era bloccata dall’interno. Sono arrivati altri ospiti della struttura e con della forza bruta siamo riusciti ad aprire.
