The location was fantastic no problem, Hotel very friendly and the host very friendly and helpful the only negative was that there is know heating and was very cold other than that a great place to stay,

The property was in a good location near to the centre of town and was clean and tidy

No view from the windows, but this seems to be the norm unless you stay in an expensive hotel

Better View

Behaviour of the hosts, Proximity to Mall, Restaurants and Market, Cleanliness of the room, Help of the hosts (serving plates, carrying our luggages, providing us drivers for sightseeing etc.).

The lock of Room No. 202 is ok, but when you want to close the door (without the key), the door does not shut properly (in our case it wasn't a major problem). The entrance side of the gully is not clean (though the hotel owner has nothing to do with it because the behaviour of the neighbours are not in the hands of the hotel hosts).

Great value, close to the Mall and everything necessary. Helpful staff - we could leave our baggage there during our multi-day-hike.

It was a really nice place right beside the clock tower centre of the town. Amazing host Romel who ensured I was getting the best experience at Darjeeling checking on every little thing. Too Perfect 👍
