Lacked basic amenities like no toilet papers, no tissue paper, satellite tv did not work, no intercom, the hotel was in a cramped place and access to it was through narrow lanes.

No breakfast facility.

Nothing, Absolutely Nothing

The staff were a bit tardy, the rooms we not well maintained, my room door was not locking properly, and there is a wifi but it doesnt work inside the room there is no purpose of it. The rooms also had plumbing issues , the taps in my room we not working. I dont know why it had such a high rating, it is just a average place. There are many other properties which are great and well maintained as a traveller who have come to ooty more than twice , this was by far one of the worst places to stay.
