1. The staff is superb. I have to specifically mention this about all staff members. 2. Has become my 1 stop solution for OOTY visits. 3. Reasonable pricing and location is also good. 4. Helped us in extreme conditions.

1. Eating options are not there. 2. Facilities could be better. 3. No soundproofing in rooms.
