Not much good things to say. Some staff were nice.

Wifi didn't work Bedsheets were not clean Sofa bed was not a sofa bed, just an old wooden framed sofa Staff at reception seemed rude and unwilling to help

"A good hotel with great staff"

The excellent staff - friendly, helpful, and professional. The location - a good combination of close to town and restaurants but in a quiet area with a good view. The hotel - well appointed rooms with great hot water!

WiFi on the top floor could be a little stronger.

The hospitality was very good. The rooms are maintained clean and the hotel helps in arranging tour packages. The heating facilities of the room were also good. Overall the hotel can be rated high.

Access to restaurants was difficult. There are no good restaurants nearby.

"Decent place but over priced"

Near to railway station and bus station

No lift and had to climb 3 floors and no room heater
