Really good for a family stay in Ooty.

central location within city . Near to rose garden , market , charring junction and bus/railway station. Staff is helpful . Will help you get autos , cabs and arrange tours (group or private) They let us keep luggage after checkout and let us sit in waiting area for our late night bus Basic toiletries provided (except toothbrush, paste , hair oil) Had hair dryer (shared across guests - but you will get it if you ask for it)

No nearby restaurants , have to rely on zomato/swiggy. 2 electric sockets were not working in room basin tap was leaking No Heater in room The approach road is steep , not well lit by streetlight and did not feel safe to walk after dark. So even if market area is 700-800 meter from here , but you wont be willing to walk . The Autos charge 100-150rs to goto Market/Charring (where all good restarants are) and Bus stand
