Really dirty and disappointing. Where do I start?? The entrance after you enter is really dimly lit with dark coloured steps. Very hard to see where you're going. In the room initially all looked OK until you look properly - lights that don't work (3 in all). Diirty cups, spoons and crockery - standard practice I thought to clean them between every guest!!! As for the bathroom, looked like it got a lick of a cloth. Dirty, grimy corners, scum in the bath. Could do with a deep clean. There's a microwave, fridge, kettle setup that looks like it was put together in a hurry. The kettle was perched on a shelf far too small for its size - and accident waiting ti happen. Please if you're going to charge high rates at least provide safe, decent spaces. Felt more like a storage room with 2 travel cots, roll away bed and piles of sponge & "stuff" under the beds too. Definitely won't be back and will recommend not to stay there.

No staff onsite, room access via a key safe. Somewhat strange locating the key and then letting yourself in to the room. We did not see anyone else onsite during our short stay
