"Shabby room ...nowhere open to eat in village."

Scruffy and dirty outside and in corridor. It smelt. Bed mattress was old and squeaky/uncomfortable. The kettle kept turning itself on and off and wouldnt boil..felt like a fire hazard. The sink was very slow draining. It was noisy as right on street and cars/lorries passing.

"When for a funeral and stayed 2 nights. Hotel suited our needs."

Clean room and en-suite. Very warm room No1 , emailed owner very prompt reply 😊 regarding parking. lighting in en-suite and bedroom could be better. Beds could feel the springs, however I’m a thin person. Tea/coffee making facilities and fridge. All in all okay for a short stay. Very central in town.

"Small town great stay."

Location and owner was great!

When we got to the room it hadn’t been cleaned but Connor took care of it very quickly.
