Front office executives too arrogant Don’t know how the management kept them in job I suppose to extend my stay even I paid for the extension they forget it’s a hospitality industry Then I cancelled and stayed in other hotel called sahana castle

Clean hotel with 4 star amenities.. Very good restaurant with friendly staff.. Access road is little plicated due to new traffic rules..Please call up the hotel before arriving for clear directions to take.

Rooms need better upkeeping ..But still is maintained well.

The room has a jacuzzi in it!!! Not just in a corner of the room but in a separate section. Can't beat that :) We had some trouble with the fuse of the power going off in the room and someone came up immediately and fixed it, even though it was late at night. Overall the room was quite spacious, clean, comfortable, and better than our expectations for a smallish town.

The food was just okay and the service at the restaurant could certainly use an upgrade. The checkout experience too was really really slow.
