The bed spread was not clean even and the sink in the toilet as well. Dirt particles on the floor. The staff were not interactive as much. The service is not worth the price

Breakfast was fairly good but the location is very, very bad. Who did give 4 Star status to this Hotel ? The building was build for 4 star hotel but the facilities are no star hotel.

Nothing I like of this hotel and my money I paid for is just a waste of money. Past 60 over years we both, my wife and I were traveling around the world and staying in 4 star and 5 star hotels but this hotel found to be very, very poor, It doesn't deserve to give star status. In fact I was taken ill the next day of our checking in and sick until we checked out. I have to consult one of the doctors in Nagercoil. Because I was sick I am forced to cancel my trip to Madurai and Coimbatore and accordingly we have to cancel our hotel bookings both at Madurai- Marrriott Hotel and Coimbatore Raddison Blu. I will not recommend any patron to stay in this hotel. We both were most dissapointed.

The reception staff was friendly.

The restaurant staff was one of the worst ever; they had no clue what they were doing; needed lot of training. Very unprofessional attire and attitude. This hotel is 20 km from Kanyakumari. Too far from all sight-seeing places in Kanyakumari.

As your name spells, our stay was "GRAND".Hospitality was in its peak. Clealiness scores full mark. Restaurant team will be ever in memory.

Just give a strict instruction to the concerned, to be punctual in replenishing waterbottles, necessary dipper pkts etc before a call from room.
