Muy frío hace falta aislar la habitación del frío y arreglar detalles de decoración en la habitación y el baño

La comida y la tranquilidad del lugar

Mucho frio y las cabañas tienen poco aislamiento del frio

A very rustic mountain experience with a cozy and much needed fireplace. The staff is super nice and helpful.

The location is great.. nice view, big yard, you have a chimney in the room, they give you wood and diesel to fire it. You are really close to Dos Chorreras (where you can breakfast or lunch) and the entrance of Cajas National Park

We have a big problem when we returned on Sunday night from Cuenca with our car.. We have to park our car outside because the forget about us and they close the main entrance and the staff there didn't have the key for open it. It was a communication problem between them.. We have to go to our room by a dangerous stairs without a proper light

the staff were so kind, and such a lovely little cabin location was good (nearby Cajas, although the ‘trail’ from the cabin into the park is incredibly steep and very confusing- better to hitch a lift to the visitors centre)

there was no kitchen available but they very kindly cooked our pasta for us for no charge !

Nice location and beautiful scenery.

The bathroom was terrible, the shower drain was fully open (no grid) but water didn’t go away. Indeed, there was standing water even before I arrived. Also, there was food in the bed, under the covers. At the next morning, there were a pair of chicken legs tied to a string outside out door.
