It was very cold, so we had to use the fire place, which in the end was very cozy.

the location is perfect for visiting cajas nationaal. park. the restaurant is cheap and very good. i can recommend this. there is not much accomodation in that area and certainly mich beter then travelling all the way from cuenca and back. +- i would recommend this hostel if you do not care basic comfort.

the accomodation is very basic. Lights do not work. shower and toilet dark and cold and the room is cold too. The bus transport is very poor here do not be surprised waiting more then an for for the bus. taxi to cuenca 20 dollar.
