Good location, clean and tidy. Respectful and helpful staff
Consider a change of pillow would be great and the facility to have a good breakfast not just bread and tea. Even for an extra price I am sure the customer will be happy if is on offer.

Breakfats start at 7:30 which is quite late in the morning given for most excursions you need to leave around 4 or 5 in the morning. A grab and go option option or an earlier breakfast start would be better.
The room was cold, no hot water in the shower, duvet cover was stained and there were odours from the toilet

The breadfast was ok. They offered me coffee, milk, juice, bread, butter and mermelade. The staff was kind and accommodating.
The rooms available were in the 3rd and 4th floor. No elevator so that you need to carry your belongings all the way up.

The staff was pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was decent.
Cusco was cold and the room was cold. Hot water was available only during certain times of the day. No space for your toiletries.
