Perfect location to explore all of the Cusco highlights on foot. Plenty of great food options, a big grocery store, pharmacys, and lavenderias nearby. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful.

Bring earplugs to Peru. I can't stress this enough... unless you are planning on staying outside of the city centers and taking a cab every time you go somewhere, bring earplugs to Peru. The hotel is great, though!

The hotel staff were very helpful with arranging transportation to local sites. They went above and beyond to make us comfortable and to help us with local excursions.

There is a nightclub behind the hotel that is very loud. Bring earplugs and you'll be fine.

The shower was very small and the towels were super super cheap.

Location is good, with nearby restaurants and a few blocks away from the main city center places. We had a situation with our reservation that fortunately the staff was able to find a solution for. They helped us with our transportation to the airport.

The immediate nearby streets feel dangerous, being dark and lonely. There's a nearby club with non-stop music/karaoke at night, but fortunately within the room we didn't hear it much, just from the bathroom. Unfortunately to-go breakfast wasn't possible for our very early trips (before 6am). Hot water was lost very quickly, leaving the person going after the first one who showered with warm to slightly cold water. As we looked to make our trip to the airport reservation, hotel got confused and thought we weren't staying any longer with them for the previous days, even though the reservation was still present, which caused an hour of frustrating discussions and looking at other hotel options. But fortunately, the hotel was to find a solution at the end. Would recommend to double confirm all details when requesting an additional service.
