La ubicación. La habitación se podía calentar fácilmente con la estufa que había. El personal muy amable.

Fantastic place to stay in Cusco, in an excellent location. The team here are so kind, super friendly and are happy to help with any questions. The room and general areas were spotlessly clean. There was a little bit of a damp smell in the bathroom but fine, once you kept the door closed. Breakfast was served in a room upstairs with an individual setting left ready for you and was very nice. Overall, a fantastic stay!

La amabilidad del personal y la sitúacion muy cerca del centro

Tenía todo lo necesario , el desayuno muy bueno y el personal excelente todos muy atentos y amables !

Tolle Lage, und obwohl so zentral doch auch ruhig. Bett sehr bequem, warme Dusche, Frühstück top. Gepäck nach dem Check-out aufbewahren sehr unkompliziert und sicher. Würde wieder kommen!

Etwas hellhörig.

El personal muy atento, está cerca de todo para ir caminando a los lugares de interés. El desayuno es totalmente destacable. La ducha estuvo espectacular buena presión de agua y muy caliente (tuve que abrir el agua fria para bajar la temperatura). La habitación bien cómoda. Volveria a alojarme aquí sin dudas.

煩い通りから離れていたので、寝やすかったです。 また、マチュピチュに行くため、早い時間にチェックアウトする必要がありましたが、何と朝ごはんの弁当まで持たせてくれました。 夜に着き、未明に出たため、のんびり滞在できなくて残念でした。

Prima ligging, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, rustige kamer, prima ontbijt (al maak je er geen gebruik van als je op uitstap gaat)

Very helpful staff! They met me in the airport and ordered a taxi to the hotel. The room was very clean, comfortable bed, great working wifi. I was staying in July, so it was quite cold at nights but there is a heater provided and really huge blankets, so it is not cold to sleep. The location is great, shops and cafes arounds. Great breakfast, the also pack your food if you have an early tour.
