Picol Hostal

Muy amables, desayuno simple pero consistente. Zona céntrica

Fiz minha reserva neste hotel pelas boas avaliações que vi no Booking. Realmente as avaliações estavam corretas. Amei minha estadia no Picol. O hotel fica no centro a mais ou menos duas quadras e meia da Plaza de Armas e da Av. El Sol. O hotel tem cama, travesseiros e cobertores muito confortáveis. Tem água quente 24 horas do dia com chuveiro a gás muito bom. Fica em uma rua muito silenciosa, apesar de estar no centro. Ao redor do hotel tem de tudo: restaurantes, mercados, casa de câmbio, lavanderia, salão de beleza e etc. Os funcionários são excelentes e sempre dispostos a ajudar. O Juvenal é ótimo, esteve preocupado comigo todo o tempo quanto ao mal de atitude que por um acaso eu pudesse ter ao chegar em Cusco. A dona do estabelecimento já morou no Brasil e fala português e é muito simpática. Fui perguntar para ela sobre um local para comprar comidas sem glúten e ela me orientou. No dia seguinte tinha uma surpresa sem gluten para mim no café da manhã. Adorei a preocupação que ela teve comigo. Tive um problema para chamar o Uber para ir embora e Juvenal prontamente me ajudou. A moça da limpeza é muito querida também. Pudemos almoçar juntas um dia e conversamos muito e demos muita risada. Viajei sozinha e me senti muito segura o tempo todo neste hotel. Parecia que estava em casa. Pretendo levar um grupo para Cusco e vou escolher o Picol com toda certeza. O café da manhã é padrão do Perú mas é bem servido. Chás ficam disponíveis o tempo todo para os hóspedes e dá para utilizar a cozinha se precisar esquentar algo no micro-ondas ou utilizar a geladeira. Adorei tudo neste hotel e á partir dele dá para conhecer todos os pontos turísticos a pé.

Die Lage ist super, sehr zentral und ruhig, supernettes aufmerksames Personal, immer heißes Wasser zum Duschen, angenehmes Zimmer und bequemes Bett. Es gibt für Gäste immer heißes Wasser, um sich einen Tee zu machen. Man kann schon ab 6:00 Uhr frühstücken.

Es gibt nichts, was mir nicht gefallen hat.

Sehr zentral gelegen im historischen Zentrum von Cusco. Sehr nettes Personal, das mich vom Flughafen abgeholt hat.

I stayed at Picol Hostal for six nights and thoroughly enjoyed my time there. One of the standout features was the space heater in my room—a real bonus, as Cusco can get quite cold in June during the Southern Hemisphere’s winter. The room warmed up quickly and felt wonderfully cosy. The shower provided reliable hot water at all hours, and my room was cleaned daily with fresh towels provided—always appreciated. Breakfast was also excellent. Rather than a communal buffet, each breakfast was individually prepared and labelled by room number, then covered with cling film. I much preferred this to the usual buffet-style service, which can often feel chaotic. I always found myself arriving early at other places to avoid the crowds, so this approach was a welcome change. The spread included fresh bread, cheese, cold meats, boiled eggs, fresh fruit, cereal, and hot coffee—something to suit every taste. The hostal is centrally located, just a short walk from the Plaza de Armas, with plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff were highly professional, and I especially appreciated the complimentary taxi to Cusco airport at the end of my stay. All in all, a fantastic experience—I would happily stay again

I would have preferred to have my own key to let myself in, rather than having to ring the bell and wait for someone to open the door. As a result, there were a few evenings when I’d have liked to stay out a bit later but hesitated, worried I might end up knocking on the door in the middle of the night—not quite the look I was going for! To be fair, the staff never seemed bothered by it, but I thought it was worth mentioning as a small point for consideration.

Dit was de 2de keer dat ik hier verbleef (na mijn trektocht naar MP) dus het voelde ook al vertrouwd aan. Het was ook zeer fijn dat ik hier een deel van mijn baggage had mogen achterlaten en dat deze al klaarstond op mijn kamer toen ik de 2de keer terug aankwam. Zeer vriendelijke mensen en ook een lekker ontbijt (hier zul je allicht niet veel van merken want als je een excursie boekt, dan is de pick-up natuurlijk veel te vroeg om hier te ontbijten). Je krijgt dan wel een kleine zakje met wat water, een appel en wat beschuit mee maar het ontbijt in het hotel zelf is wel stukken beter. De kamer zelf is basic maar wel prima in orde. De ligging van het hotel is ook prima, op een 5-tal minuten wandelen van de centrale plaats. Aan het einde van de straat is er ook een wasserette wat best handig is als je eens je kleren wil laten wassen.

Alles was prima, niets op aan te merken

とにかくスタッフがみんな親切でした。 ブッキングコムで予約したら、2泊以上の滞在で空港まで無料で迎えに来てくれます。夜10時に飛行機が着いたのでとても助かりました。ドライヤーもヒーターもある。階段しかないけど荷物の上げ下げ、荷物の預かりもしてくれました。 部屋は毎日きれいに掃除されシャワーも暖かかった。 周りも安全で少し歩いたところにスーパーマーケットがあり便利でした。 クスコに行ったらまた泊まりたいです。
