The staff were superb, from reception through to serving breakfast. Comfy bed and both a work chair and a comfy seat in the room was good.

Would have been nice to see the TV from the bed and a shelf in the shower would have been handy, these are very small minor points.

Perfect position. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Food was lovely. Overall would definitely stay there again

A bit slow serving our dinner leaving us a little short of time for our evening concert but overall a good value stay.

Music was good but personal for me a bit to loud great entertainment though but this isn't a complaint it's just my personal choice,I would stay here again definitely but I found the stairs challenging i would ask the question about a room with not so many steps but the room was lovely nothing was to much for the staff absolutely brilliant and on my departure I had 2 case's to bring down and as the chef was passing took them down for me to the garden i thought wow thank you so much as with my asma and it being 32 degrees outside he didn't realise how much he helped me just rounded my stay here perfectly i cannot thank the staff enough for all their help outstanding service 👍👍

Good location very nice town.

Rooms all upstairs,disability persons like myself will find it painful to climb stairs.

Everything the staff were very friendly and helpful we had to leave early so the staff opened the dining room early so we could have breakfast before we left. The lady who runs the kitchen even helped when our van would not start Thank-you you really went above and beyond
