Live music is on occasional Sunday afternoons and some Saturday Evening. Residents Lounge on first floor. The car park for the Kings Head is at the rear of the building accessed from Upgate, Louth, LN11 9HD Kindly note the accommodations is located on the first and second floors, and is accessible via stairs only. Therefore it may not be suitable for guests with mobility impairment. Please note that this property is located in Louth town center E V Charging Points available for guests ( extra charge applies)Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Everything the staff were very friendly and helpful we had to leave early so the staff opened the dining room early so we could have breakfast before we left. The lady who runs the kitchen even helped when our van would not start Thank-you you really went above and beyond

The staff were very engaging, happy to please and action any requests. The breakfast was cooked to order with a large choice to meet all tastes and appetites.. The food in the bar/restaurant was equally as amazing and didn't disappoint Would defibately stay again if visiting Louth

Friendly and attentive staff, excellent food, especially breakfast and a good bar. Nicely central to Louth town centre and the room spotless and comfortable with tea and coffee available.

The staff were fantastic. Welcoming and friendly. Special thanks to Harley who met us when we entered the very busy bar. He couldn’t have been better and showed us our room, explained what we needed to know and saved a parking space for us.

Water was very hot in bathroom. Family room so concerns about safety. TV was very small!

"Hotel went above and beyond our expectations"

Good parking. Check in could have been better. No manned reception one of the bar staff was responsible for checking us in, which he did admirably. Room was excellent newly refurbished. Shame restaurant closed at 4pm on Sunday but young man who checked us in recommend Montebello Italian Restaurant which was just next door it was exceptional and we would like to thank him for the recommendation. Breakfast was served in the hotel dining room and was above and beyond our expectations. Louth is a lovely old market town there is a lot of competition for accommodation and food and the King's Head did not disappoint.

Just 2 little niggles, checking in process could be improved. Information that no restaurant facilities on Sunday evenings.
