Fino Rooms

The room was really nice and comfortable. Everything seemed to be fresh - the room was newly decorated.

The only negative thing was that there was no shower head in the bath.

The restaurant looks nice

The rooms were poor and very limited for space the bed was very uncomfortable with cheap furniture I would expect more for a room that was £200 per night.. the bathroom was lacking any form of comfort with a few tubes of shampoo but no shower gel.. no breakfast offered

Handy location for meeting up with Family staying at butlins.

Had quite an uncomfortable night due to the mattress, this could well of been personal preference but was quite uncomfortable. Guests at the restaurant below seemed to be chatting/noisy/smoking right beneath our window which seemed a little unfair that the restaurant didn't think to designate some space away from being directly beneath our window. Very tired and not well rested the following morning. Also your milks on the tea and coffee tray were past their date, granted it was best before but given the date was January and we're now in April seems a little longer than best before in my opinion.

Lovely clean modern decor in room and very comfortable bed. Great nights sleep. There were a couple of problems, the door lock didn’t work and the handle came off in my hand. The staff assured me it had been recently repaired, obviously it was a bad job. Also the TV was a waste of time - remote didn’t work so staff replaced batteries. Got it working then next time wouldn’t switch on. This was very frustrating, staff very pleasant and tried to help as best they could. Just get a new TV!! Could be brilliant with just a few tweaks.

The staff were very friendly ( we had cocktails in bar during the evening ) And the room was very clean with good quality towels and bed linen

The room was cold and I couldn’t get the heater to work . The hairdryer over heated and I had to leave with wet hair The bed sank in tbd middle and was very high ( I am just over 5’ and struggled to get in and out of it We paid £95 for room only , we would have stayed another night ( as it was very near family) but £200 for Saturday night would have been very over priced
