Superb Italian food in the restaurant Incredibly friendly and helpful staff Clean and recently refurbished rooms Excellent location for access to festival of speed

Nothing that was within their control - overall it was excellent The rooms are not large (we knew that before coming) but in the heatwave it meant it was hard to cool down as it got very hot the days we were out. But air temps were in the 30's with bright sunshine Nothing FIno Rooms could have done here bar an Air con unit., which would only be needed a handful of days a year. For our short ehatwaves The angle of rise on the car park entrance and exit is quite sharp so if your bringing your a sports car for the festival of speed. Make sure its got good ground clearance.

Bed was quite comfortable, including the pillows.

Unable to close the curtains. Couldn't regulate the shower.

The room was overall nice and clean and the staff were nice

Firstly we did not have a shower head in the bath so we had to „shower” with plastic cups which is just ridiculous for a hotel. Secondly the bed didn’t have enough support and it was very uncomfortable. Thirdly you could hear everything that was happening in adjacent rooms and we would get woken up at 5:30am every morning. All in all it was definitely not worth £200 a night

Clean and presentable

Door was broken to accommodation area, I had to personally fix it as lock was hanging off the entrance door. Rooms came with a bath only no shower. Changed room to ma double bed when we booked and asked for twin rooms 9 months previous. Was very disappointing for the money.

It was a nice area and nice restaurant

I asked for a bath as I have medical reason for needing a bath but instead was given a room woth a broken shower and I wasn't aloud a refund or to swap rooms after explaining my reason for needing a bath then my kettle was full of limescale amd I had staines on the sheets and bed throw
