Property convenient and had parking, most of the staff were polite and friendly. Restaurant was good and had great gf options

The bathroom didn’t have a shower, the bathroom seemed unfinished and was very small. Hair from the previous guest in bed and bathroom. Mattress very uncomfortable, walls/door very thin so noise travelled from hallway. Too costly for the room only, without shower.

There was no heat on in the room on arrival and considering the winter conditions it would have been nice to have a warm room. The towel rail was not working. All has been reported to the host.

No breakfast provided. Location very good

No heating in room when we arrived. Kettle old unable to fill easily, top did not open. Tv did not work had to request batteries for remote.

Quite clean. Good to have a bath. Comfy enough bed

No hosting, not even a phone number to ring. A problem as difficult tech - couldn’t work out how to use the heater or the thermostat on the bath water, so spent the first night cold. Even kettle was problematic. Some instructions would have helped, and a phone number even better

I asked for a quiet room and was put above a noisy kitchen and had a very bad nights sleep. It was so cold even with the wall heater on I slept fully clothed. The bath has no shower attachment. It felt impersonal and as a money spinner no customer care touches very basic and over priced. Cold and noisy. No sound insulation.

Nice staff excellent restaurant

We did have an issue with the room but it was resolved quickly
