clean, convenient and had everything we needed for a 1 night stay

the room (room 2) was smaller than our last visit (when we stayed in room 1) room 2 was also over the restaurant... my husband said his sleep was disturbed by restaurant staff clearing up at the end of the evening

broken bedbase before we checked in! - no staff on site to deal with, as they explained it is a restaurant with rooms. bedbase was replaced the next day with a complimentary bottle of wine as apology - however the wine given from their restaurant was one neither of us drank....we requested an alternative bottle instead which they said they wouldn't oblige. Even though as customers we'd eaten 2 evenings in the restaurant during our stay...very odd! We also asked for clean towels and replacement milk sachets (no fridge in room) for morning tea (as no breakfast option) . The staff member reminded us in no uncertain terms 'we are not a hotel' and begrudgingly opened the cupboard for milk sachets. Perhaps if they are not a hotel they shouldn't be charging hotel prices. I know they were busy as it was mothers day but it was a very shouty not customer friendly response when just asking for milk sachet replacements which had been provided the day before :-)

Did not have a breakfast there.

The squeak of the floor as other guests arrived and moved about, eg in the middle of the night.

Very clean modern rooms. Nice facilities and even toiletries included. Staff excellent and extremely helpful. Good value for money too. The fact they had a restaurant and bar attached was a real bonus, fabulous food and all staff so attentive. Will definitely stay again for sure. A super lucky find at short notice.

Good location great restaurant

Dated room, paint peeling in bathroom, dust on skirting boards and bathroom shelves. Road and people noise.

Well located. Friendly staff. Clean.

Uncomfortable bed. Noise from other rooms. Basic shower connected to bath.

Very disappointed that my tea tray was not replenished during my 3 night stay I had to rely on my daughter giving me milk tea bags and sugar....also the bins in my room were not emptied......
