Lovely room. Lovely staff. The restaurant serves the best Italian ever Nd walking to the beach and bognor was easy.

I couldn't stay longer but will be returning.

Parking was a bit difficult while the restaurant was open

Unfortunately they do not provide breakfast. Several items in the rooms, which were not expected, such as Mats in the Baths/Shower, Toiletries, Face Flannels, Tissue Box, Bottled Water, Full Length Mirror, good supply of Tea, Coffee and Biscuits, excellent bedding, all which were appreciated. Location for us was excellent, being central to the venue we were attending, relative’s house and the sea front. Having Restaurant downstairs very convenient and enjoyed our meal. Wished we had time to be able to stay one or two more nights.

Shower heads left in very high position. Kettles difficult to see how to open lid.

Personnel sympathique. Chambre à proximité du restaurant qui m'a accueillit pour le dîner sans réservation. Chambre assez grande et très propre.

Pas de pommeau de douche : baignoire uniquement. Un peu bruyant en fin de journée : la chambre semblait être à côté des moteurs de climatisation du restaurant. Le parking est pour le restaurant. Pas de place réservée quand on loue une chambre => j'ai du bouger ma voiture en fin de soirée car je n'ai pas pu me garer à proximité, le parking étant complet avec les clients du restaurant.
