Tara Guest House

I had the most wonderful time here. I booked for 3 nights and ended up staying for 13 days. I loved everyone at the guest house they are the loveliest people and help you with anything and everything. The rooms are spacious comfortable and clean. Wi-Fi is fantastic. Food is amazing! Location is great! I already miss everyone! I will be back for sure! 🥹❤️

Strongly recommend!! I was suppose to stay for 2 nights and stayed for 5 . Very clean and welcoming rooms, the family will make you feel at home and help with whatever you may need and always with a smile. I wouldn’t go anywhere else in Bodhgaya! ( bonus fact, they mange a school for some kids in need. Your money will serve good purposes )

Very simple but comfortable and spotless clean rooms (this is all you need). Friendly antmosphere - hosts are very helpful and the meals are delicious.

Friendly and familiar atmosphere with relaxed attitude. Helpful staff on my arrival.

Sometimes I would have loved a little bit more sense of "privacy" in the dining hall. I felt like I was inside a families private space, it got a bit mixed up.

It was the best Accommodation I ever had in India. ( I have been visiting India many Times) It was also the first Room I had with no Moskitos. The Family is just amazing..

The room was comfy and clean. The owners and the family that lives there are nice and helpful. They let us check-in very early with no extra charges.

The location has pros and cons. It's in a residential neighbourhood, good for interacting with locals. However, it's a bit far away from the city centre and its temples (30-35min walking), and there were no restaurants nearby.

Best guesthouse in bodhgaya! so clean and much quieter than near the temple. The staff is super friendly and helpful!

need to find riksha to get to the temple or walk for about 15min, which was actually good sometimes
