"Amazing Local Authentic Stay with Staff changing the local community!"

We had an amazing stay here, the staff was very friendly and the project that they are supporting with over 700 students to change their local community is inspiring. We left inspired by the children who have been given an opportunity due to the amazing work of the staff here. It was very nice to see and speak with the children during our stay. Two big thumbs up. Additionally, the took great care of us to help organize tours, help us send a package with the India Post, and organize other sightseeing during our stay. We will stay there again and I recommend it to anyone who wants to have a local authentic experience with people making a true change in their community.

"Exceptional"

Very friendly staff and other guests around. Great atmosphere and always someone who can help if you have questions. The food was really good too. The location is not in the city centre but it's really nice because it's close enough to reach everything but not so noisy as there is no big street close by.

A lot of mosquitoes in the room but no net for the bed. Food quality to price ratio was very low.

Friendly family, which included being invited and involved in family Diwali celebrations. The room was clean and had everything I needed. I would not hesitate to stay at Tara Guest House again when next in Bodhgaya

Great hospitality. Lovely room. Helpful staff. Delicious meals. Close to Tergar Monastery. 5 minutes ricksha drive from Mahabodi temple. Very nice Vietnamese pagoda around the corner. We will be back.

"A great budget guest house in a peaceful area"

The staff were very friendly and informative. It had a strong Wi-Fi. It is located in a tranquil area. The price was affordable. The room was clean.

The water pressure of the shower was sometimes too weak. The food I had there was not so good. I suggest that you eat at restaurants nearby.
