Location was fantastic, only three miles from Harrogate in a beautiful village

Facilities provided were amazing, our room was spacious and clean and the staff were really friendly

Booking a time was annoying but breakfast was reasonable

Breakfast was a mess as people just wandered around before being seated as they were told that they were too late/early.

Set in a beautiful village with a history. The food in the restaurant was fabulous.

The shower in our room had a very small head and poor pressure.

"Very good food, large room and pretty location."

Pretty location and the food was good. The tomato and goats cheese starter was particularly delicious. Generous portions. The staff were friendly and the room was large and comfortable.

Unfortunately there were a nest of swallows or swifts outside the door who were very noisy at 4.30am and woke us up but I do understand that there’s nothing the hotel could possibly do. We would recommend staying here and we would return.
