Door to bar and main exit closed when bar closed. Exit was through emergency exit which was at the bin area. Second attempt found narrow passage to street. Could have done with a short guided tour at check in. No lift of course as building old so have to lug your cases up two flights.

Amazing location right on the high street. Pub downstairs is perfect we had 2 meals down there both amazing. The staff were so friendly. The rooms were modern and the beds were so comfortable

It was a bit noisy at night as you could hear the music from downstairs, it didn’t go on too late though. The room was quite warm and no fan or aircon. I also had to ask for a hairdryer. The bathroom has mould around the door though the shower etc were new looking and spotless I think it was just an old door.
