The Woolpack Inn Warehorne

Before we arrived the staff where very helpful, with information to arrange taxis etc, on approaching the hotel was so impressed with the building and the seating planting areas, so very inviting & exceptionally well kept, inside only got better & the staff kindly upgraded our room, evening meal was delicious and the breakfast was a brilliant start to the day, would definitely recommend and have, well done to everyone at The Woolpack, couldn’t have asked for more, Thank you

Great food, especially great coffee and wine list. Great peaceful location and quirky comfortable rooms with fluffy towels and a comfy bed. The perfect country pub and hotel with lots of character.

There were a few things in the room that could have been better - for example, pretend candles that didn't work, light bulbs over the sink that didn't work, the water holder on the coffee machine was dirty. Small but noticeable details. In addition in our room there were two small but very bright green fire escape lights right next to each side of the bed. Kept me awake a lot of the night until I found an eye mask lurking at the bottom of my bag. Fortunately the good out weighed the bad, but a little more attention to the small details would make it perfect.

- La gentillesse du personnel - Le petit déjeuner de qualité - Sèche cheveux dans la chambre - Toilette séparé - Double séche serviettes - Plateau bouilloire - Adaptateur de prise - Literie confortable - L'eau était bien chaude, et il y avait une bonne pression

- C'était un peu poussiéreux par endroit - Les rideaux ne ferment pas très bien, il y a donc de la lumière qui passe le matin - Isolation légère : on sent le froid extérieur, et on entend la musique du bar un étage plus bas - Prix du repas un peu cher (mais très bon)

Lovely welcoming inn. Friendly, helpful staff who too great pride in their jobs. Really quirky spacious room with lovely views and period features. Fantastic food and dog friendly. What more could you ask for

Overall our stay was fantastic .we might suggest one improvement? The stairs to the room were narrow and winding. This was charming and we liked this period feature but maybe they would benefit from a strongly secured iron handrail rather than a delightful but rather flimsy oar.
