Location was hard to find initially but this did not detract from the staff going above and beyond

Friendly staff lovely food and clean room

No one there when we arrived knocked on door called the phone number several times no reply sat for 45 mins b4 someone finally answered our knocks. Car park round back beside door we had to use was like a dumping ground, rubbish strewn all around. Only 2 towels for the both of us for the 3 nights. Shower flooded floor everytime it was used. Mirror in bathroom was to high, would need to be over 6ft to see in it. Food I ordered 1st night was lovely. Hubby asked for steak, none available, asked for chicken was given chicken nuggets, when bill arrived charged for steak when queried was told it was same price. Booked deluxe room, but it was basic, not what we expected.
