Plitvica River House

Perfectly located for Plitvice Lakes. Host, Ante, was so attentive and went to such lengths to ensure our stay was perfect.

This was our second stay with Ante and Lucy and they once again did not disappoint. The Riverhouse is just amazing. The location is perfect for visiting the park as you can walk to entrance 3, Ante gives you a route to see the entire park and then the day ends with an amazing meal, cooked by Ante himself. Thank you again for such a wonderful stay!

Zeer vriendelijke eigenaars!! Heerlijk om tot rust te komen, je kreeg alles wat je nodig hebt en ze serveren heerlijk eten in de avond! We kregen ook een zeer uitgebreide uitleg om het Plitvice park te bezoeken waardoor we zorgeloos konden vertrekken.

This property is close to access a back way into Plitvice Park which feels more natural and allows you to avoid a great deal of the crowds and buses. It has a more rural feel and is a bit off the main road, but well worth it. The host, Ante, was exceptional, not only helpful and welcoming, but a great cook as well. (which is great because there are not a lot of other options for eating close by.) We wish we could have stayed longer.
