Hotel Bahnhof

This hotel seems to be the hub of Giswil. The restaurant was busy both nights. There's a children's playground, & the cutest chickens running around . Location - across the road from the station Very friendly staff I was in a large room in the annex behind the main building

The only let down was a squishy and creeky bed

The breakfast menu is very poor.

Many flies inside room also bad smell comes from the cow farm, second floor very hot in the summer and the breakfast is limtied.

- Room was clean and has toiletries. - There's a coffee machine and water inside the room. - Hotel is near metro station, just opposite side. - Room has a nice view of the mountain and river. - Staffs are nice and accommodating.

- There's no one at the reception to welcome you. - There are some insects outside the room.

We like restaurant it was superbe.

It coule be coler, the room was Frozen.

Not much! But the room was large and had a terrace overlooking the canal which was nice. (Apart from the scaffolding barring the view)

No welcome, cold offhand staff. There was scaffolding and work going on (not mentioned when booking). We had to navigate round huge machinery to find our room - away from main hotel - and while a nice room, it was literally covered in scaffolding. View obscured. Sure it’s nice when sorted! But staff could do with a bit of a nudge to at least welcome with a smile?

The place is quiet and comfortable. The room is clean.

Kitchen area in the room made it very comfortable. Room was big and quiet. Amazing mountain view, balcony was amazing with a small river in front of it. I would come again, it was a very lovely stay. staff was very friendly.

the breakfast has very little choices, there would be some room for development.

Quiet and comfortable, laid back and easy.
