The casa is very close to the Police station, so in a very safe area. But we were advised not to venture outside after 8pm. Rooms were very clean and sheets were changed every day. Pool was very nice and had a changing room right next to it. Outside amenities were very good also, with table,chairs and hammock. Kitchen was good and well equipped. Staff was amazing. There is even a washing machine in the common area.

After a big rain, the ceiling started to drip. But fortunately wasn't affecting us. No hot water and no Ac.

We loved the swimming pool! The staff were helpful and friendly. Would be happy to stay again if we pass through Leticia again. We thoroughly recommend Casa Lucia!

At some points we had trouble getting the toilet to flush. We also had rainwater getting in our room during a tropical storm, but these were minor issues that did not affect our overall enjoyment of our stay.

The staff are really welcoming and friendly and are always around if you need help. We were picked up from the airport for free with a big smile, the best start to Leticia. The place is clean with a kitchen and swimming pool. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable with air con and WiFi. We are now staying here for a second time. The aircon, nice big bed with good mattress at ground floor. Was near the Santander Park and in a safe area. Across and left, is military police station and on the right is police station. Has a comfortable pool.
