Staff beautiful , friendly and helpful

Water in shower limited - just a trickle

Easily the best location you will find in leticia. Right by police stations and Santander park and a short walk to the port. Spacious rooms and nice pool.

Wifi was not great but expected for leticia.

A bit confusing to find the check in

The communication with staff is not good at all. They are very confusing. They put me in a totally different room (much worst than the room I have booked) and they don’t give any explanation, discount … They don’t care about nothing.

- The location is very good, one block from the main park. - The room was huge. - They offer free airport transportation.

- The room stank heavily of cigarette smoke. It was hard to sleep because of that, and during our stay the smell impregnated even the clean clothes that we had in the bags, so everything had to be washed. - The cleanliness was poor overall, especially in the common areas. - The pool area was quite abandoned, except that they turned on loud music from a big speaker every morning at 6:30 a.m., even though nobody was around. Its only effect was to wake us up earlier than planned, which was not pleasant.

Great location next to the Parque Santander

The room and bathroom were full of the mold, and the pool was really dirty. Wi-Fi did not work

Great clean and hygenic place located in the centre of Leiticia but on a quiet street. The hosts are really kind and helpful! I would definetely reccomend!
